OUR PURPOSE
AMC Global Society, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit based in Atlanta. Our charitable and educational mission centers on food security, humanitarian assistance, workforce opportunity, and community well-being. We bring people and resources together around a simple conviction: dignity belongs to everyone.

 

THE SPIRIT OF OUR WORK
We approach service with compassion, respect for the people served, and care for the resources entrusted to us. Practical support, thoughtful collaboration, and clear communication guide the relationships we seek to build.

 

GOVERNANCE & STEWARDSHIP
Our bylaws assign responsibility for mission, strategy, finances, programs, and oversight to the Board of Directors. They provide for board meetings and records, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and protection of charitable assets. The corporation has no statutory voting members.

 

IMPACT & ACCOUNTABILITY
We welcome questions about program activity, project budgets, and the supporting records available for a proposed partnership. Reporting should distinguish completed work, current initiatives, and future goals. AMC Global Society, Inc. is newly established; this site does not present an audited annual report or cumulative verified impact totals.
